Via Cognitive Health is seeking Program Leaders (CNA required) and Program Assistants (CNA not required) to assist our early-stage dementia programs through the facilitation of social, physical, and cognitive activities and support of individual needs. RN / LPN (part-time/PRN)

RNs and LPNs are invited to apply for this part-time/PRN position.  Great for retired nurses looking to keep licenses current or for individuals looking for supplemental income.  This position requires the candidate to possess a valid Georgia Registered Nurse or Licensed Professional Nurse license. Provides nursing care to our program participants.  Participants are in the mild to moderate stages of dementia.  Duties involve coordinating care with other disciplines and providing instruction and assistance to members, team members, family members and the general community.  The Assistant Nurse Manager works with the Nurse Manager to ensure that all care complies with company policies and procedures, safety and regulatory laws and standards.

Custodian

Via Cognitive Health is seeking a Custodian responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of Via Cognitive Health’s brand-new facility and campus located on Washington Road. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently. Additionally, they must have the physical capability to perform manual tasks that involve lifting and bending. Attention to detail, resourceful problem solving and ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the day are ideal skills to bring to this new position. Specialized knowledge regarding sanitation, safety, and chemical use a plus.
