What are the early signs of Alzheimer's disease?

In the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease, a person may begin to struggle with interpreting and understanding the world around them. While symptoms vary from person to person, common early warning signs can include memory loss, poor judgment, losing track of dates or time, and becoming disoriented or lost. If you or someone you care about is noticing these changes, it’s important.
